Shipping & Returns

Do you ship to PO Boxes? No. We ship with UPS ONLY,  but we understand certain circumstances may arise, so please contact us directly if you need special shipping arrangements made. 

Where do you ship? Currently in the lower 49 States. Hawaii and Alaska not included. No International shipments at this time. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska may call us for more info regarding additional shipping charges

Drop Shipped Items:Some of our items are drop shipped from our suppliers. Please note; Orders may be delivered in separate packages and delivery times may vary.

 When will my order ship? Orders are processed in the order they were received and prioritized based on the shipment method selected. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We will ship orders only on Monday through Friday (weekdays), excluding US federal holidays including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Grizzly Dairy Wear is also closed at various times for additional days surrounding holidays.

Return Policy - If a manufacture's defect is found, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to replace your purchase or to get information about how to contact the manufacturer.

Credit will be issued only under two conditions. (1) Defective product  (2) Incorrect product received. 

  • No return will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #
  • Defective items will only be accepted within 14 days from the date on the invoice, after 14 days returns will NOT be accepted
  •  In order to issue a damaged return the customer must contact us and request a UPS Return Service Tag. You will receive the return tag through your email you registered. After we have received the damaged item with a copy of the invoice we will gladly issue store credit.
  • If a copy of the invoice is NOT included, credit will not be applied to your account.  After we receive the defective item, we will gladly give you store credit. Please contact us with further questions.
  • Packages returned or shipped with incorrect address provided by customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Collect shipments will be refused
